DPTV explores themes of communities plagued by systems formed against them. Communities impoverished by systems in America often act from scarcity mindsets and turn to crime in order to make ends meet. Only when it's too late do outsiders find it easy to shout to not promote the violence while doing nothing to help the tragic realities of those who must live in it.
